OUR STRUCTURE

The Group is made up of:

  • the Marilena Ferrari-FMR fine art house, which creates contemporary, one-of-a-kind and limited edition works of art, inspired by the great themes and values of humanity, with a particular emphasis on Christian values.

    These works of art are the result of the creativity and combined effort of some of the leading interpreters of contemporary art - painters, sculptors and photographers - and of some of the most important masters and heirs of the art of fine Italian craftsmanship that together find ideal, concrete expression in book form;

  • the FMR-Franco Maria Ricci publishing house, which produces prestigious works inspired by Italy's great artists and literary and natural heritage.

    The special characteristic of these books is their extraordinary iconography and the perfect quality of their paper, printing and binding techniques;

  • the sales and publishing house Art'è, which represents a true innovation and is a modern alternative to traditional and now outdated outlets that are typical of the sector.

    Art'è manages an organized network, operating in Italy and abroad, formed by professionals in marketing and cultural

    promotion, able to meet and create a direct dialogue with the public;

  • the Fondazione Culturale Marilena Ferrari-FMR, which promotes and spreads Italian artistic heritage and high quality craftsmanship, both ancient and modern.

    The Fondazione, supported exclusively by economic resources provided by the Group, develops studies and research on topics that express the values, history, and identity of the Group itself.

    The Foundation organizes projects, initiatives and services with the aim of bringing the public at large and new generations into closer contact with the values of art.

    The company aims for these activities to be a concrete expression of the Group's responsibility to society as a whole.

The true distinguishing feature of the Marilena Ferrari-FMR Group is that it has never sacrificed its values and elements of culture and art for profit and, at the same time, has never undersold economic value to self-referential, elitist art and culture for its own sake.

This was possible thanks to the fact that the Group has adopted a business model inspired by the Italian Renaissance.

It has modernized the values, concepts and models of those golden centuries that created an extraordinary phenomenon of useful, shared, and common beauty as a driving force for both social and economic development.

The credo of the Gruppo Marilena Ferrari-FMR is that of being a cultural enterprise that, through art of true worth, further generates value.
